Watson Construction Group, Inc. is a commercial and residential contracting company that specializes in building custom concrete homes using Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF). Though concrete homes look the same as stick-built homes, it should come as no surprise that concrete outperforms lumber hands down.

About the Owner
Keith Watson, founder and president, is a general contractor and leader in the concrete homes industry. Having abandoned stick-built construction, he passionately believes that concrete homes are good for his clients, good for the United States and good for the environment. Keith is convinced that the increasing frequency and intensity of hurricanes as well as rising energy and insurance costs will ultimately force home owners and officials to consider—if not require—alternate building techniques (much like Florida). The continued growth of concrete homes seems to suggest that ICF homes are a solution whose time has arrived.

Keith holds several professional designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and is also a speaker and instructor for the NAHB University of Housing.

About ICF
Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) are basically forms for poured concrete walls that remain in place as a permanent part of the exterior wall assembly. These steel-reinforced concrete forms provide a continuous insulation and sound barrier
as well as a backing for interior drywall and exterior finishes such as lap siding, brick and stucco. ICF homes look like any other home!
